Hosting Provider & Server LogFiles

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content you have requested from websites and is mandatory when using the Internet. We reserve the right to check these data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of an illegal use. SSL encoding

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

For reservation requests in our facilities we use the booking system Foratable of Lunchgate AG, 8003 in Zurich. Newsletter:

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter.

We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information.You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can log in with other e-mail addresses.

Subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes the storage of the login and confirmation time, as well as the IP address. Also the changes of your data stored with MailChimp are logged.

MailChimp

The newsletter is sent via MailChimp, a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. Mailchimp undertakes to protect the user's data and not to pass it on to other providers. When the newsletter is opened, so-called "web beacons" (a pixel-sized file) are used to store information about the use of the recipients of the newsletter. The evaluations serve us to optimize our offer for the recipients. You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. Analysis of the website:

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The non-personal information generated by the cookies about your use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, the IP addresses are anonymised beforehand by means of IP anonymisation. The anonymous IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website and Internet use. Further information on the terms of use and data protection can be found here. Social Media:

On our homepage we have integrated a so-called Social-Media-Wall. This figure shows continuously updated, moderated updates from social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. For this integration we use a solution from Juicer. Juicer's privacy policy can be found here.
