
OUR BURGER’S THE BUSINESS
What started out as a running gag has now taken on a life of its own: We’ve begun rating food on a scale of how ‘dirty’ it is. The ‘dirtier’ the meal, the greater the taste and the more daring the combination of ingredients. On that scale, we seek to serve the ‘dirtiest’ burger in town – the ultimate burger in terms of quality of meat and taste, in other words.
OUR CONCEPT
Inspired by Edward Hopper’s ‘Nighthawks’, our aim was to create a Swiss take on the classic American Diner. A place offering a fresh design, comfortable seating areas, with a friendly and attentive staff, fabulous food, great music and a funky bar with extended opening hours for the city’s nighthawks.
We believe we have created the ideal locality for everyone: the businesswoman or businessman with little time on their hands, a group of friends looking for somewhere to hang-out, families, late-dinner lovers and clubbers with style.

The people working at the Helvti Diner embody the special spirit of the place. We’re proud to have put together such an international, friendly, open-minded and gregarious staff to cater to our customers’ every need.
